To get through this lesson you will need to get a pair of virtual scissors, and with these scissors you have to start cutting stuff away from your presentation because this is what an editor does. 

Look at your slides with the eyes of an editor. and while you look at them, and while you look at your talking points, ask yourself an important question: does this slide or does this talking point contribute to the advancement of the core transformation? Does it help me get my point across?

If it does, then the slide and the talking point belong to your presentation. If they don’t, you have to cut them. Look for some slides that you can cut. Look for some talking points that you can cut. This is a really important mission. You have to streamline your presentation.
